Building Renovation Passport

Ireland, along with all EU Member States, is required to implement the new 2024 Energy Performance of Buildings Directive EPBD in the coming years.
One of the key components of this directive is the RenovationPassport (RP), which must be rolled out as part of national compliance efforts.
To facilitate this the IGBC and project partner IES Ltd. and CSTB are developing a prototype of the commercial RP pipeline to enable a smooth roll-out across Ireland’s built environment by refining the methodology, providing training and capacity building and recommending a digital storage framework and support mechanisms.
